Birramal

the story
Nicholas and Jonathon are just two guys, one Aussie and one American (now Aussie too), who found their way to each other and to a dream bigger than either of them probably ever anticipated.
Now well on their way to building out a productive lavender farm, alongside beautiful, manicured gardens, the boys have plans to build luxury Australiana accommodation for those seeking a retreat -complemented by spectacular sunrise and sunset views of the Capertee Valley.
Finding Home
The Birramal Estate is just a bit over 200 acres in size. Most neighbours are a thirty+ minute walk, and the birdlife is nothing like you’ve experienced before.
It took almost a decade for Nicholas and Jonathon to find home, but it was worth the wait.
Making A mark
The Regent Honeyeater is a striking woodland bird. Native to Australia, this medium-sized black and yellow honeyeater, is now “Critically Endangered” across the the state - with Capertee Valley considered to be one of only three remaining breeding regions.
